Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in textile engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management Technology will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main responsibility is to sourcing, collect and process the fabrics independently from development to till shipments with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and able to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality.
∎ Follow up production as per approved T & A and attend PP meeting.
∎ Maintain Fabric, yarn booking and in-house on time.
∎ Follow-up Fabric, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & other textile construction to ensure right Quality.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly.
∎ Work closely with QA team to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Coordinate among all other operational departments of the factory and solve the problem.
∎ Ensure sample submission to respective buyers for approval.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customers in the textile industries.
∎ Must have experience on textile sector (knitting, Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ Capable of leading a merchandising team professionally
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skill with MS office operation.
∎ Ability to do Consumption and Costing of various kinds of fabrics/yarns.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
