Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Bachelor/Master's in any discipline
∎ Preferable from BUFT/ Shanto-Mariam University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions in Woven floor.
∎ Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments
∎ Deliver/Ship on time with acceptable quality.
∎ Manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
∎ Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
∎ Manage ware house for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
∎ Ensure supply of fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
∎ Maintain effective production planning by taking consideration of world class standard efficiency level.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have knowledge about outerwear like: Padding jacket, Woven sportswear outerwear, Men's & Women's coat etc.
∎ Also should have idea about- Shirts, Trousers & all types of woven garments.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing along with other related software
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
