Job Context:
∎ P. T. Consumer Products Industries, one of the country`s leading FMCG Household Products (X-TRA POWER Brands), is hiring young and dynamic individuals to work as merchandisers in city-based retail outlets, super shops, and institutions.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (City-based).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure optimum display of company’s products based on customer preferences, market trends, and profitability.
∎ Ensure secondary and primary sales of designated super shops and institutions.
∎ Maintain inventory of assigned super shops and inform assigned Sales Executive regarding damage and expiry products.
∎ Ensure customer relationship.
∎ Provide information about the growth, expansion and other feedback of assigned shops and institutions.
∎ Monitor the market activities & inform accordingly.
∎ Maintain stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and ensure product availability.
∎ Arrange and present products attractively, optimize shelf space, and ensure clear pricing and signage.
∎ Set competitive prices, plan and execute promotions, and analyze their impact on sales and inform senior management.
∎ Monitor sales, analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and forecast future demand.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences through regular market visits.
∎ Assist customers, address queries or concerns, and provide a positive shopping experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with Prior Relevant Experience shall be given preference.
∎ Female candidates shall be given priority.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
