∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Very Strong Knowledge of costing, price negotiation, sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge of the sweater industry (Jacquard)
∎ Lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation, and sourcing.
∎ Arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a team effectively.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyers for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow-up & export planning.
∎ Maintain various documents (buyer-wise, style-wise, order wise).
∎ Regular monitoring of the production lines/factories to achieve timely shipment
∎ Daily basis update to divisional head & other's concerns on own accord.
∎ Follow up the order by using the Order Follow-up System and use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status.
∎ Independently prepare Time and Action (T&A) plans and follow up accordingly.
∎ Monitor the production status and progress, and solve the related issues.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples, and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Monitoring of overall activities of suppliers, commercial, shipping, quality checking of goods, etc.
∎ Make sure smooth production and shipment are on time.
∎ Work closely with production units to ensure the buyer's requirements.
