We are looking for highly motivated & proactive young energetic Male or Female Merchandiser who should be well versed in Lingerie items.

The candidate must have strong experience in seamless bonding Lingerie Products merchandising & factory Sourcing.

• To prepare each individual order - have to source correct factory according to product category, quantity & delivery deadline with right price and right promotion.
• Excellent communication skill and effective controlling ability on quality team, technical team, sample section as well as production team in between buying house & factory both.
• Must have ability to commanding over factory and factory production management to ensure sampling to shipment smoothly.
• Applicant must have very good skill in Excel file, PowerPoint & Word file to prepare any report related to order and tech file. Graphics literacy will be considered as an extra advantage.
• Must have strong knowledge in all kinds of Lingerie Products & items.
• All kinds of Lingerie fabrics & Accessories Sourcing is must.
• Must have sound knowledge for commercial Invoice, packing list and shipping related all commercial documentation for both export and import as well.
• Act as the key contact person for suppliers, freight forwarders and C&F agents to collaborate logistic support properly.
• Report everyday outcome for assigned job to Managing Director or CEO.
• Have to prepare complete presentation for each individual file to the MD or CEO once any order created and also closing presentation while shipment is closed.
• Need excellent buyer presentation ability during buyer visit in Bangladesh.
• Have to be mentally prepared to travel abroad for business meeting with buyers.
