Job Context:
∎ A Garments (Woven) factory located at Karnapara, Savar, Dhaka is looking for the above position.
∎ Job Location: Savar Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experience in woven bottom and Shirt
∎ Candidate closely Follow-up with shipment and communication with buyers.
∎ Should be able to handle an account / customer independently.
∎ Able to manage from concept development to bulk order delivery.
∎ Need to have a good track record in working with systems and experience in managing TNA.
∎ Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
∎ Closely monitoring of Sampling/ Approval process with buyer.
∎ To ensure the quality samples (FIT/PP/Tag/shipment/which to be sent to buyers)
∎ To follow up the test reports and compare with buyer standard/requirements
∎ Establish a good relationship with new and existing buyers/business partner and Direct costing strategy to support the overall production plan and to facilitate meaningful price negotiations with buyers
∎ To prepare product cost sheet of the orders.
∎ Responsible for the Raw materials in-house management properly as per T&A of the concern orders.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
