• Must be able to source new buyer

• Independently able to handle buyer KONTOOR order.

• Manage the entire merchandising process from product development, order confirmation, and sampling to shipment of woven garments. 

• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams (production, quality, etc.) to ensure timely execution of orders. 

• Handle product costing, price negotiations, and prepare cost breakdown sheets. 

• Monitor and ensure the timely development of samples and prototypes. 

• Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining product quality standards. 

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, buyer preferences, and competitor strategies. 

• Maintain strong communication with buyers to provide updates on production status, quality checks, and delivery schedules.
