∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 to 4 years experience in same position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is that of Merchandiser (Knit) and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty.
∎ Costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders, etc of all Knit product.
∎ Must have very good knowledge of garments (Knit).
∎ Must have understanding of fabric terms (Knowledge of all types' particularly Knit fabrics).
∎ Assignment of jobs and monitoring the activities (team members, if any).
∎ Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of garments.
∎ Monitor opening of BTB- LC's (by the factory) and processing of shipping documents; follow-up with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, liaison with Bank etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
∎ Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage, very good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla be an added advantage.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
