• Age 35 to 40 years

• Monitoring & controlling the IE & Planning related activities of Knit garments of having 100% export-oriented knit business of all high-profile buyers.

• Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.

• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.

• Set up every day`s standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically concerning garment manufacturing.

• Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and taking necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.

• Conducting time study, motion study, and idle man-machine hours daily.

• Prepare monthly manpower projections.

• Labor cost analysis & improvement of the standard.

• Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & manage deviations within the planning process.

• Reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.

• Ensure a very significant role in increasing productivity with the standard.

• Lead the team with proper guidance & leadership skills along with assessing subordinates & developing all to result-oriented performers as match with company expectations.

• Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.

• By Time Study determining the capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement.

• Preparing worker’s skill matrix and monitoring production.

• Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculating Manpower & Machinery.

• Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE-related reports.

• Maintain liaison with planning & IE for productivity improvement and input.

• Ensure the instructions of the Industrial Engineering Department.
