Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate has to be able to handle the entire Marketing and Operations of the Merchandising of Knit / Woven/Lingerie Garments.
∎ Should be skilled enough to handle from Order Exclusion to Order Implementation up to the final Shipment.
∎ Should be expert to face the respective Buyers as well as the Suppliers in any situation and able to handle related consignment of around 5,00,000 pcs per month.
∎ Capable to lead a 5 to 10 Members of Merchandising Team.
∎ To work closely with the Fabrics, Production and Planning Dept. for ensuring smooth Supply Chain of the Fabrics, Trims, Print, AOP and Embellishment, due to Timely production and to Final Inspection/ Delivery.
∎ Work closely with the Production, Quality Control/QA team, to take care of all aspects of Quality, form initial to the final stage and ensure the best Final Product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Vast knowledge about Fabric, Accessories and Wash.
∎ Sound knowledge about Product Consumption, Costing and the Pricing Process/Procedure.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, e.g., MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
