Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main responsibility is to sourcing buyer, collect order and process the orders independently from development to till shipments with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Meet the monthly order target and sourcing the new buyers for meeting the company goals and objectives.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and able to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality as per buyer's deadline.
∎ Ensure quality accessories delivery to Factory Within TNA Date.
∎ Ensure quality fabric delivery to Factory Within TNA Date.
∎ Follow up production as per approved T & A and attend PP meeting.
∎ Communicate with listed suppliers for: raw materials, all approval, booking as well as delivery within mentioned deadline.
∎ Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house and external on time.
∎ Follow-up Fabric, Washing, Printing, Embroidery, Sample & Garments making to ensure right Quality.
∎ Monitor and check production status regularly and report to management daily basis.
∎ Work with the factories to resolve if there is capacity, lead-time and delivery issues.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly.
∎ Any other job is assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have conversant to dealing any foreign buyers and managing them competently.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on oven products and its product development.
∎ Should have proven leadership and coordination skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
Salary: Negotiable
