Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At most 35 years

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for home textile products such as bedding, cushions, curtains, and throws

• Develop products based on buyer briefs, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand expectations

• Coordinate all stages of sample development including proto, pre-production, shipment samples, web etc.

• Negotiate product prices with suppliers to meet buyer target costs while maintaining quality standards

• Ensure suppliers` sustainable certificates (GOTS/OCS, Oekotex/MIG etc.) comply with buyer`s requirements

• Communicate regularly with factories, mills, and accessory suppliers to ensure timely sourcing of materials

• Track and follow up on fabric and trim approvals, ensuring all raw materials are in place before production

• Monitor production status closely, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met according to the T&A plan

• Maintain detailed Time & Action calendars and update buyers on order progress, changes, and approvals

• Coordinate with internal quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards

• Ensure all goods pass final inspection and shipments are dispatched on time

• Work with logistics concern for smooth shipment execution and compliance with buyer requirements

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with buyers & suppliers, addressing queries and providing regular updates

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, logistics, compliance) to ensure seamless order execution.
