Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising to join at THE ONE BANGLADESH for our Knitwear Unit. You will play a crucial role in executing orders, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient production capacity utilization.
∎
∎ Ø The applicants should have 11-12 Years’ Experience in the following business area(s): Liaison office/Buying Office/Apparel Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Ø Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile.
∎ Ø Must have high skill in Merchandising, also must have knowledge & expertise on Fabric, Accessories, Trims, Print, embroidery, Production line, procedure etc.
∎ Ø Must have a good Production Sourcing Factories & procurement of Samples Collection with the Garments Factories – Local Fabric - Accessories – Trims – Printing – Embroidery – All other Decorated Apparels.
∎ Ø Follow up sampling, development &production in all stages to make accurate production with faster time.
∎ Ø Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards with factories on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity.
