∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Should have experience in Merchandising, full sample development from yarn sourcing, fabrics making & sample making.
∎ Should have experience in working in a reputed Knit Composite Factory and capable of handling buyers.
∎ Candidates having experience in handling buyers like H&M, Tchibo, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, etc. will be given preference.
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in working with ERP Software.
∎ Required technical knowledge in garments manufacturing, CAD marker, knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidery, etc.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within the given time frame.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and correspond with the concerned departments, buyers and external suppliers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with production & Planning Dept. of Textile and Garments Divisions to ensure smooth supply chain for accessories, fabric, trims, print, AOP, embellishment and timely production, final inspection & delivery.
∎ Quotation and Development.
∎ Understand CAD Marker & Marker efficiency.
∎ Co-ordination with all relevant depts to know the work procedures of the company.
∎ Make sample & quote price within the given deadline.
∎ Follow the SOP of the Company to make the booking for sample fabric for each development.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the sample fabrics to the Product Development Centre for providing smooth support to the buyers.
∎ Must be familiar with working in ERP and make the sample fabric booking accordingly.
∎ Follow up the sampling and testing from the testing organizations including BV, ITS, SGS, etc.
∎ Follow up all activities through ERP and work accordingly.
∎ Ensure timely booking of fabric, accessories etc.
∎ Confirmed orders to be handed over to the production team timely & clearly.
