Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed University.
∎ Candidates with specialized training in garment manufacturing from reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The major role of merchandiser is monitoring an order, first to last. Merchandiser also acts role to maintain accelerate the working execution speed.
∎ Planning and developing merchandising strategies. Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be experienced as Merchandiser in any reputed company.
∎ Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment, follow up the planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in the field of in Buying House.
∎ Should capable to handle different buyer's order independently.
∎ Correspond with buyers of both national & international.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories from home and abroad.
∎ Communicate with buyers to negotiate, Convince parties to complete order.
∎ Communicate with Supplier to negotiate to complete order.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English and Bengal proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments/Buying House.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
