3 to 4 Years of progressive experience in merchandising within knit garment export factories.
Responsibilities & Context:
Buyer & Account Management: Independently manage assigned buyer accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring satisfaction through clear, timely communication.
Product Development: Drive development of new samples based on buyer specifications and product capabilities.
Product Coordination: Liaise with production, planning, sourcing & quality teams to ensure seamless order execution and on-time delivery.
Order Follow-up: Monitor order lifecycle, including fabric/trim sourcing, approvals and critical deadlines to avoid delays.
Time & Action (TNA) Management: Ensue alignment with critical path timelines and proactively mitigate risks.
Reporting: Provide clear status updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
