Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA /Masters in preferably from renowned public / private university.
∎ Diploma in RMG related subject (Textile Engineering) would be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and follow up orders from sampling to delivery.
∎ Responsible for all merchandising issues including handling orders of different buyers starting from inquiry up to shipment.
∎ To monitor production process.
∎ Good knowledge on fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
∎ Able to communicate with buyers & Suppliers.
∎ Control records of buyer supplied materials as per fabric types, fabric pattern, proper consumption, reference POs & styles in the spreadsheet.
∎ Daily update of buyer supplied materials in/out orders.
∎ Prepare Delivery Order Sheet for open orders to use materials.
∎ Conduct of physical inventory of buyer supplies materials.
∎ Ensure correct and on time sample submission for confirmed order and new development.
∎ Communicate with overseas buyer's offices regularly & follow up as per their provided program.
∎ Coordinate between factory production, Planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production.
∎ Ensure correct and on time submission of all developments (garment, fabric, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, y/d stripe, and all kinds of embellishments) with coordinated efforts. among concerned production units and suppliers.
∎ Able to handle costing properly.
∎ Should have strong sourcing capability of fabric and trims when required.
∎ Monitoring sample development activities.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Reporting authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Merchandising, Garments (Woven).
∎ Male are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent command of English.
∎ Must be expert in Computer operating such as MS Word, Excel, Email and Internet browsing etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Working experience in the related field will be preferred.
