Responsibilities & Context:
🔷 Job Responsibilities
MEP (Mechanical–Electrical–Plumbing) Works
Building-এর জন্য MEP layout design তৈরি করা (Electrical plan, Plumbing plan, HVAC layout)।
Load calculation, cable sizing, DB schedule, circuit design & SLD তৈরি।
Plumbing waterline, sewerage line, vent line & rainwater drainage-এর full 2D drawing প্রস্তুত করা।
Fire safety layout, sprinkler system & pump room design conceptually বুঝে detailing করতে পারা।
Architectural & Structural drawing-এর সাথে MEP clash-checking (coordination) করা।
BOQ, material list ও estimation প্রস্তুত করা।
3D Drafting / Rendering / Visualization
MEP layout অনুযায়ী 3D visualization তৈরি করা (pipe, duct, electrical line routing)।
Building massing, external elevation, façade concept ও interior 3D view তৈরি।
Lumion / Twinmotion / Blender ব্যবহার করে realistic render ও walkthrough animation তৈরি।
AutoCAD/Revit model convert করে clean detailing & working drawing তৈরি।

🔷 Requirements
Diploma / B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Architecture.
MEP ডিজাইনে 2–5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Software Skills:
AutoCAD (MEP drafting mandatory)
Revit MEP (preferred)
SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender
Lumion / Twinmotion
MS Excel (BOQ & Estimation)
Commercial building, residence, industrial building-এর MEP design হাতে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
High-quality rendering, animation & 3D model delivery দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
