Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compile and management of all data and information related to NGOs who are supporting to Sadar hospital
∎ Coordination with all NGOs and ensure all data and NGOs’ report are available at the end of the month
∎ Presentation of all NGO related data in the monthly coordination meeting
∎ Drafting of letters, preparing & responding to NGOs correspondence, typing of SOPs, MoU and ensuring any other official documentation works are fully up to date.
∎ Ready to work in emergency situations to fix the sanitation problem.
∎ Submit monthly report and presentation in monthly meeting
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years of experience in – NGO (preferring experiences in working at Camp settings)
∎ Good in oral & written communication skills in both Bengali & English
∎ Basic knowledge in computer operations (MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Good in typing in Bengali & English
∎ Knowledge and experience with working in field Hospitals, public health sector, medical emergencies will be advantageous.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
∎ Required Competency:

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 30,368.00.
