Additional Requirements: Experience :
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience with telephone communication or call center operations is highly desirable.

- Reliable and punctual.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods and use a headset.
- Dexterity to operate computer and phone systems.
Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to undergo additional training as required by the clinic.
- May need to work in U.S. Eastern working hours in the office located in Bangladesh
- Have to work in the office settings in the U.S Eastern Standard Time zone

2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and call center software.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Patience and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
4. Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in taking messages and scheduling appointments.
5. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
6. Language Skills:
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, depending on the clinic's patient demographics.
Responsibilities & Context: - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule medical appointments and provide patients with necessary information.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and patient interactions.
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow clinic protocols and guidelines for patient confidentiality and information security.
