Job Context:
∎ We are looking for potential, dynamic, energetic healthcare marketing executive who creates and implements marketing plans for hospitals and medical facilities. In addition, these managers plan programs and events that build relationships between healthcare personnel, patients and doctors.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Moghbazar)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote hospital & diagnostic services to potential clients.
∎ Visit doctors, clinics and diagnostic centers for promoting Ideal Health City.
∎ Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and collect marketing data from potential customers.
∎ Communicate with customers by providing support, information and collect customer feedback to help improve services.
∎ Maintain good relationships with consultant, customers, clinics, diagnostic centers and corporate clients.
∎ Coordinate and implement field marketing in target area in a timely manner.
∎ Should be target oriented.
∎ To build up strong marketing team by implementing new and modern marketing strategies.
∎ Arrange to find new consultant when needed.
∎ Develop & implement different types of strategies to increase patient flow
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Taking care of outdoor Doctors & Patients.
∎ Marketing for bringing specialized well known Doctors.
∎ Through communications make sure that more patients eagerly do their diagnosis & tests in our hospitals.
∎ Making liaison with other hospitals for MRI, CT scan.
∎ Maintain relations with Hospitals, Doctors & other referral sources in order to generate admission, diagnosis, OT.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) as a Medical Representative
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitals/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Marketing
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Hospitals/ Clinic/ Diagnostic are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be honest & reliable, smart, sincere, good looking and dedicated towards work.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
