  • 1-2 years of relevant field experience in pharmaceutical sales.

  • Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to attened the interview.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, Unani and herbal product marketing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Basic understanding of Selling Skills.

To sell, promote and generate prescription for the company`s Herbal & Nutraceutical products, we are looking for the following position:

Job Context

  • Department: Sales

Job Purpose

  • To promote and generate prescriptions for the company`s pharmaceutical products by building strong relationships with medical professionals, thereby increasing sales and achieving assigned targets within the designated territory.

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Promotion

  • Visit doctors, pharmacists, chemists and healthcare professionals to promote assigned pharmaceutical products.

  • Conduct effective product detailing using visual aids and scientific data.

2. Prescription Generation

  • Persuade doctors to prescribe the company products through scientific knowledge and relationship building.

3. Territory Coverage

  • Plan and execute daily field visits within the assigned territory.

4. Sales Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain proper records of doctor visits, sales calls, samples distributed, and feedback.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Collect and report information about competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.

7. Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key medical professionals and stakeholders.
