We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. You will be responsible for performing essential laboratory tests and analyses that assist medical professionals in diagnosing and treating patients. Your role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of our clinical results.

Educational Qualifications

● Diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Laboratory Technology.

● Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local health authorities.

Experience Required

● 2–4 years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

You will be tasked with the following core duties to ensure the smooth operation of the lab:

● Testing & Analysis: Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses with precision and accuracy.

● Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on lab equipment and maintain detailed records of calibrations and repairs.

● Quality Control: Implement and follow strict quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of all test results.

● Sample Management: Properly collect, label, and process biological samples for testing.

● Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols regarding biohazardous materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
