• Age At most 30 years

• Good communication and patient counseling skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented hospital environment.

• Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.

• Professional attitude with compassionate patient care mindset.

• Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, muscle strength, posture, and functional abilities.

• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans according to patient needs and medical conditions.

• Provide physiotherapy services including exercise therapy, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation support.

• Work closely with consultants, medical officers, and nursing teams to ensure proper patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and progress reports.

• Educate patients and attendants regarding exercise programs, posture correction, and home care management.

• Assist post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, ICU, and rehabilitation patients as required.

• Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are maintained during therapy sessions.

• Operate and maintain physiotherapy equipment properly.

• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
