The Marketing Manager is responsible to oversee overall marketing and sales operation of the hospital.

Educational Qualifications

● Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience Required

● 8–10 years of proven experience in hospital setting

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall marketing and sales activities (both offline and online) along with leading the respective team

• Planning and achieving both marketing and sales target, budget, and reporting to management

• Look after corporate marketing/sales functions with doctors, pharmacy, and business houses

• Oversee digital marketing and branding activities i.e., Facebook marketing, video style marketing, email/SMS marketing, customer feedback management, and online branding

• Design both Offline and Online campaign aiming for sales/visibility including media management and offline branding i.e., pharmacy branding, billboard, leaflet etc.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and business communication skill in respective area

• Skill in patient and business data analysis, and proficient with healthcare ERP system

• Experience to work in field environment for activation and stakeholder engagement
