GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Female

• Oversee and manage all nursing operations in the ICU

• Ensure proper assessment, monitoring, and care of critically ill patients

• Supervise ICU nursing staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

• Coordinate with intensivists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure correct use and maintenance of ICU medical equipment

• Monitor adherence to ICU protocols, policies, and clinical standards

• Review patient care plans, medication administration, and treatment updates

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records

• Maintain adequate stock of drugs, consumables, and emergency supplies

• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols

• Conduct training sessions and guide nursing staff on critical care practices

• Handle patient/attender queries and ensure quality patient experience

• Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and clinical meetings

• Ensure readiness for emergencies and efficient response to critical situations
