Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct nutritional assessment and prepare diet plans for patient.
Provide dietary counseling for indoor and outdoor patients.
Prepare therapeutic diet charts according to doctors’ instructions.
Monitor patient nutritional condition and maintain reports.
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and hospital departments
Participate in health awareness and nutrition-related activities
