• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Diploma in Medical Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MATS/IHT) or a B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology/Biochemistry from a recognized institution. (Must be registered with the relevant Bangladesh professional council/board).

• Age 20 to 35 years

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, serology, and microbiology.

• Collect and handle patient specimens safely and accurately following proper medical protocols.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated, automated laboratory diagnostic equipment.

• Ensure high standards of quality control (QC) and laboratory safety regulations.

• Prepare, record, and authorize accurate diagnostic test results for clinical evaluation.

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, consultants, and emergency teams to ensure rapid turnaround times, especially for urgent trauma cases.
