We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the financial health of our facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Your role is vital in supporting the hospital's financial stability through diligent reporting and auditing.

Educational Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience Required

● 3–5 years of experience specifically in hospital or organizational accounts.

Key Responsibilities

● Billing & Records: Manage patient billing and maintain comprehensive financial records for the organization.

● Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, balance sheets, and statements to provide insights into the facility's financial status.

● Financial Operations: Handle payments, manage payroll for staff, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

● Budget Monitoring: Monitor expenses and revenues to assist in budget management and cost-control initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

● Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and hospital billing procedures.
