Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first aid and medical treatment for minor injuries and illnesses to factory colleagues.
Address basic medical emergencies promptly before referring to a hospital if necessary.
Maintain accurate health records for employees, including sick cases, and report to the HR department.
Ensure the availability of first aid kits and necessary medical supplies at all times.
Support the safety team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with nearby hospitals or clinics for emergency medical cases.
Assist HR and Administration with health-related activities and initiatives.
