Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Officer to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, responsible for diagnosing illnesses, managing treatment plans, and ensuring a high standard of medical service. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive healthcare to our patients.

Educational Qualifications

● Required: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution.

● Licensure: Must hold a valid registration/license with the relevant Medical Council.

Experience Required

● 2–5 years of active clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Core Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Diagnosis

● Perform thorough physical examinations and clinical assessments.

● Accurately diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions.

● Order and interpret diagnostic tests (laboratory work, X-rays, etc.) to inform clinical decisions.

2. Treatment & Medication Management

● Prescribe appropriate medications and develop effective treatment plans.

● Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

● Perform minor clinical procedures and provide emergency care when required.

3. Medical Documentation & Compliance

● Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient medical records and history.

● Ensure all clinical activities comply with hospital protocols and healthcare regulations.

● Collaborate with the nursing and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient transitions.
