∎ MBBS from any recognized Medical College
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide health care, first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions by referring them to specialized nearby hospitals for better management (if required) with information to the management of the organization.
∎ Respond to employees' medical complications by referring to their health history, carry out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral where necessary.
∎ Conduct employees' routine check-ups on preliminary physical tests like blood pressure, sugar level, weight, temperature; and related others health complications.
∎ Identify physical, psychological or behavioral issues of employees, diagnose or evaluate physical and mental disorders of employees and provide proper counseling for improvement.
∎ Ensure overall health and safety issues in the office premises and perform health checkup of employees periodically.
∎ Supervise the works of compounder/ medical assistant, nurse and primary health workers.
∎ Keep records of employees' sickness, injury or accidents with their analysis to prevent them to a minimum level.
∎ Interventions to assist employees to reduce or change risky and harmful lifestyle behavior.
∎ Keep medicine supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders and verifying receipt.
∎ Coordinate with HR department regarding new joiner employee's medical checkup.
∎ Counsel & train the responsible person about the using of First Aid Box on the uses and purpose of medicine.
∎ Enlist pregnant employee’s record, provide periodic checkups and ensure working health condition of pregnant employees.
∎ Conduct health related training program to make awareness about hygiene & occupational health.
∎ Plan strategically to keep and maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.
∎ Provide Age Estimation Certificate to the newly recruited worker after examining physical fitness.
∎ Provide Maternity Leave suggestion after verifying documents.
∎ Prepare, provide & maintain buyer compliance reports of the company
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Clinical skills in emergency medicine are also required.
∎ Proficient in stress management, anxiety management and mindfulness.
∎ Excellent in patient/client focus, friendly behavior, and good team work & excellent inter personal relation.
∎ Extensive knowledge on medical recordkeeping practice.
∎ Computer literate (MS office).
