Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Assistant from any GoB institutions or Senior Staff Nurse from any GoB institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organization of EPI session at Municipalities and working as vaccinator.
∎ Organizing satellite clinics for pregnant and lactating mother and offering services as per GoB guidelines.
∎ Responsible for all service deliver as per organization policy with other team members.
∎ Responsible for giving treatment for minor ailments at community level.
∎ Responsible for treatment of general diseases of women at community level.
∎ Responsible for organizing Adolescent Health Programs at high school and colleges both at municipalities and unions.
∎ Responsible for timely reporting as per organization policy.
∎ Facilitation of training for community level staff.
∎ Office hour: 9.00 am to 3.30 pm (Saturday to Thursday)
∎ Any other task as per need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 02 year from any national or international health related NGO.
∎ Ability to work harmoniously within a team and under stress.
∎ Only female is allowed to apply.
∎ Must be self-motivated, organized, hardworking, and flexible regarding work hour
∎ Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.
∎ Able to work in a team and respects opinions of others.
∎ 35 years (may be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates).

Salary: Negotiable
