Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Master in Business Administration/Management/ Development Studies/ Social science/Sociology.
∎ Master's in public health preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement Maternal and Child health activities at community level both at municipality and Upazila level coverings wards and unions.
∎ Planning for relevant training for staff and facilitation of training along with GoB facilitators.
∎ Organize dialogue, meeting, workshop, seminar, and other programs with key stakeholders and facilitate training on various programs as per plan;
∎ Monitor project activities for ensuring quality of the program using checklist and feedback to concern team:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and half yearly progress reports and submit to concern authorities in time;
∎ Plan for organization of Adolescent Health activities at schools and colleges as per plan.
∎ Organization of executive committee meeting every two month and general meeting once in a year as per organization policy:
∎ Feedback to staff every week for their assigned activities and organize monthly meeting with staff.
∎ Field visits to monitor activities
∎ Travelling to others districts and Dhaka as per need of organization
∎ Any Other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years' experience as manager/coordinator of Maternal and Child health related NGO, national or international.
∎ Should have Good operating skills in Microsoft Office package & Computer navigation internet.
∎ Should have excellent communication and report writing skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Office Hour 8.30 am to 5 pm (Saturday to Thursdays)
Salary: Negotiable
