Responsibilities & Context:
Bashundhara Cement Industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Shift Engineer – VRM & Roller Press to oversee shift operations and maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will supervise mechanical maintenance of VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press, coordinate with the CCR for smooth plant operations, troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues, prepare and execute maintenance plans, maintain records of all maintenance work, ensure safety compliance, and demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities-
1) Responsible for Shift Operation (VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press) will provide coordination of CCR.
2) Any Mechanical & Operational Troubleshooting of VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press machinery will provide coordination with CCR.
3) Supervision of Mechanical Maintenance
4) Able to prepare a Maintenance Plan and execute accordingly for a trouble-free, long operational life.
5) Inspect and identify the problems of machinery and provide the necessary solutions to the issues.
6) Responsible for keeping the record of all maintenance work.
7) Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
8) Responsible for coordinating the Safety Tools meeting.
