Job responsibilities -

• Three (3) months’ probation period & based on the performance; permanent position will be offered.

• We are one of the reputed readymade garments buying agent companies of Bangladesh, located in Dhaka. We have collaboration with 15 most Internationally Acclaimed Garment Manufacturers in Bangladesh. We have built the reputation of a dependable garments sourcing company with high -quality products delivered in timely shipments.

• Must be a person with excellent gentle behavior, honest, transparency of entire job responsibility and sharing practice. Friendly and smart attitude with corporate colleagues and all factory / suppliers.

• Capable of writing and reading and speaking in English independently.

• Must be skilled & practical experience on Men’s/Ladies/Kids-both Woven/Knit garments & sweater Jacket (minimum 12-15 years of experience)

• Must have practical experience to make pattern (E-pattern & mini marker) both Manual and Lectra software from size spec.

• Must have practical experience make size spec based on sample or following similar product spec.

• Must have practical experience of product manufacturing process and familiar/capable to operate sewing machine.

• Must have experience approve fit sample & pp sample of men’s /Ladies/Kids both Knit/Woven & sweater, Jacket item communicate with buyer technical team –for spec/pattern/fit/pp. sample

• Must be experience operate computer-word/excel/Lectra & email correspondence.

• Must be capable of figure out both knit and woven product consumption based on size spec

• Must have good knowledge about fitness of product for ladies & men for both knit & woven.
