Responsibilities & Context:
Steel fabrication and erection, metal cutting and bending etc. as per design and drawing.
Plans, supervises and optimizes the transformation of raw metal into finished products, ensuring high-quality, efficient production.
Interpret technical blueprints, select materials, oversee welding and machining processes (such as CNC, laser cutting, and bending).
Gap analysis between design engineering and workshop-floor reality.
Process optimization, troubleshooting and maintaining safety and quality standards.
