Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Highly skilled at designing and need at least 1 year of active working experience and must play with the team to produce all aspects of successful product development from the initial specification, through to developing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involved with the design, fabrication, and modification of mechanical and/or electromechanical components, sub-systems, and systems.
∎ Expertise in CAD/CAM design in 2D and 3D.
∎ Ability to work independently under the supervision of others
∎ Provide regular reporting of progress and status
∎ Responsible for completion of the assigned task on time and meeting technical requirements
∎ Review customer specifications and requirements, and under direction, develop designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variable
∎ Support the program design to cost and design for manufacture requirements.
∎ Develop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs
∎ Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
∎ Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
∎ Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
∎ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
∎ Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
∎ Ensure the project timeline is met and the project stays within budget
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks. Alternate CAD/CAM software experience will also be considered.
∎ Experience with mechanical project prototyping and manufacturing skills.
∎ Embedded Platform Development
∎ Familiarity with electrical and mechanical principles regarding sensors, controls, and signal processing
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills to support regular interactions with sponsors, peer reviewers, and others for report and proposal preparation.
∎ C++ and Python experience
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Compensation is negotiable, depending on the candidate`s experience and capability.Two festival bonuses.Yearly Salary Review.Fully subsidized lunch
