Experience:

• 1 to 5 years

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 1 to 5 years

• Age 24 to 32 years

• 1–3 years for Assistant Engineer; 3–5+ years for Mechanical Engineer

• Familiarity with textile machinery and utility systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Context: 

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for 03 skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer/ Asst. Engineer.

Job Responsibilities :

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems including boilers, compressors, pumps, and HVAC units.
• Diagnose faults in production machinery and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
• Monitor mechanical aspects of dyeing, knitting, finishing, and garment sections.
• Assist in the setup and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with factory layout and safety stand
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive actions.
• Prepare technical reports and assist in audits (e.g., buyer compliance, ISO)
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure machinery adheres to environmental and industrial regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
