Job Context:
AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for 03 skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer/ Asst. Engineer.
Job Responsibilities :
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems including boilers, compressors, pumps, and HVAC units.
- Diagnose faults in production machinery and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Monitor mechanical aspects of dyeing, knitting, finishing, and garment sections.
- Assist in the setup and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with factory layout and safety stand
- Maintain logs of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive actions.
- Prepare technical reports and assist in audits (e.g., buyer compliance, ISO)
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure machinery adheres to environmental and industrial regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
