∎ SSC, HSC, Diploma in Mechanical
∎ Trained certificate from Juki / Brother machine supplier company.
∎ Educational qualification may be considered for specialized candidate’s.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience as a sewing machine mechanic or similar role.
∎ Knowledge of sewing machine parts and repairs.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose sewing machine mechanical issues.
∎ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting of all sewing machineries.
∎ Expert of Automatic Pocket Setter (APS), Automatic Pocket Welting (APW) & Automatic Loop Setter (ALP).
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for scheduled machines maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance and rout cause analysis etc.
∎ To monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of Cutting, Sewing, Auxiliary machines.
∎ To participate in PP meeting to find machine technical issues as well as to review available resources slots.
∎ Responsibility of 10 lines all type of maintenance (Breakdown, Preventive, TPM etc.) Mechanical adjustment, timing & necessary troubleshooting in factory pertinent mostly sewing machine.
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.
∎ Arrange to provide technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock in accordance with the number of machines and performing regular maintenance on all machines.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest sewing machine technology.
