∎ HSC with vast experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee mechanical issue of all type of sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
∎ Arrange new layout machinery, attachment, and guide by the help of production in-charge.
∎ Help the sewing line mechanic for machine repairing.
∎ Insure the daily machine closing report.
∎ Coordinate with floor in charge, Quality in charge, IE officer & production manager.
∎ Ensure closing time operator must close all garments, before clean the machine.
∎ Ensure after cleaning the machine, operator should keep pics of paper under the presser foot to understanding the oil leaking from needle movement area.
∎ Next day morning operator / Supervisor will show that paper to line machine if oil found top of the paper. If oil found, mechanic will try to control the oil supply & mechanical in charge will maintain the record & closely follow up.
∎ Conduct maintenance cycle and maintain buffer stocks of spare parts and keep statistics record on maintenance. Prepare preventive machine maintenance schedule and closely monitor this document.
∎ Following & proper maintain of Generator. Boiler & Sub Station
∎ Keep track on safety issues. Ensure the use of safety gears & keep good environment in workplace.
∎ Plan for cost effective maintenance system.
∎ Prepare & update maintenance document for any compliance audit.
∎ Any other job assigned by his/her superior or management.
