Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Degree in public health/statistics/computer science/epidemiology/social science/relevant discipline or diploma in nursing/MATS with experience in epidemiology/biostatistics.
∎ At least two years of operational and field experience in health management information system (HMIS), project monitoring and evaluation and/or epidemiology/disease surveillance.
∎ Experience in Microsoft excel, access, power BI and kobo toolbox. Expertise in GIS will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in emergency health activities for migrants, refugee and displaced persons.
∎ Experience in working with UN and international health agencies will be an added value.
∎ Previous experience in UN, UN Affiliate or other International organizations is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Operation and M&E team in preparing monitoring and evaluation system for different program interventions.
∎ Monitoring data entry operators and enumerators on timely and quality submission of data.
∎ Assist in HMIS data collection, analysis and visualization, including preparation of data collection tools and data cleaning.
∎ Assist in preparing standard operating procedures for information management in different areas, e.g. communicable and no communicable disease control, sexual and reproductive health, palliative care.
∎ Assist National Program Officer (EPR) in disease surveillance, specially in preparing data collection tools (e.g. kobo forms, linelists), data cleaning and triangulation and visualization of data analysis.
∎ Periodic field visits to the health facilities for supportive supervision of the staff involved in HMIS.
∎ Update HMIS dashboards and produce reports as requested by the operation and program management team.
∎ Collection, storing and analysis of training data and produce relevant reports as required for the program management.
∎ Assist in capacity building of data entry operators and enumerators.
∎ Assist in data collection process during beneficiary satisfaction survey, knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) survey and project evaluations.
∎ Perform other duties as may be assigned

∎ Fluency in Bangla and English is required.
∎ Ability to communicate in local Chittagonian/Rohingya dialect will be considered advantageous.

Salary:
