∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate as core member of scrum team (scrum master)
∎ Gathers and analyzes technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
∎ Develop and promotes the adoption of documentation templates for system, database, and coding information
∎ Captures software design specifications such as flowcharts and diagrams to guide for the engineering team
∎ Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our cybersecurity business and its products
∎ Creates and maintains a library of product documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use
∎ Works actively in an Agile Scrum development organization with Jira/Confluence
∎ REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
∎ At least three (3) years of experience in writing complex documentation for IT
∎ BA/BS in Technical Communication or related discipline preferred
∎ Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums
∎ Ability to understanding complex technical concepts and simplify them clearly and succinctly for both technical and non-technical audiences
∎ Strong experience working in a highly technical and fast-paced Agile environment
∎ Experience with creating user guides, integration guides, API developer documentation, in-platform instructions, and system operations.
∎ Background in working on software engineering projects with technical platforms, and languages
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously
∎ Demonstrated logic and analytical ability with attention to details
∎ Experience working closely with software development teams
∎ Experience/familiarity with source control systems and workflow tools such as GitHub, Git, JIRA/Confluence
∎ Experience/familiarity with coding and scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, Python, REST APIs, Ionic Capacitor and other common office suite applications
