• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Chemical Industries
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Over 3 years’ working experience in footwear or shoe adhesive related;
• Outgoing, Passionate, Result-oriented.
• Can speak English.

• Marketing product to our customers

• Give best service to our customers

• Prepare sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Relavent Shoe Factory.

• Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customers needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.

• Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target.

• Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and try to keep them satisfied.

• Keep abreast of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry and report to superior accordingly.

• Search overseas business opportunity and correspondence with them or local agent.

• To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.

• Ensure to receive sales orders and deliver products on time. Coordinate with the corporate sales team as instructed by supervisor.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

Probation time will be 6 months. In these 6 months candidate will get only salary and T/A bill After probation period he will get sales bonus Excellence award of the year bonus Others as per company policy and depends on your performance
