Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solicit potential clients to buy, sell properties.
∎ Advice clients on prices, market conditions and related information.
∎ Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
∎ Generate list of properties for sale including details such as locations and features.
∎ Take prospective buyers or renters to see the properties / Flat.
∎ Mediate negotiations between buyer and seller.
∎ Ensure that all terms of purchase contracts are met.
∎ To call, email, and visit clients to understand their demand.
∎ Support drafting of different contracts and relevant various deed & documents.
∎ To support Managing Director and other managers for different business issues.
∎ Motorcycle, Scotty driving will get advantage
∎ Any other job assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
