∎ If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Understand the local market and identify and develop marketing strategies to promote LifeSpring.
∎ A good knowledge of the local culture and people's mindset; and develop strategies to infiltrate accordingly.
∎ Familiarize LifeSpring and its businesses with the local people.
∎ Develop awareness of mental health and well-being among the local people.
∎ Position LifeSpring as a prominent healthcare brand in the local market.
∎ Generate leads to increase client base.
∎ Alliance/Partnership with popular organizations to develop a strong footprint in the local market.
∎ Assist the digital marketing and creative team in developing customized branding materials to attract the local market.
∎ Generate ideas on promotional campaigns that will focus on the importance of mental health care and its need to motivate people to seek professional help.
∎ Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
∎ Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
∎ Ability to analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor marketing and sales efforts to meet those needs.
∎ The ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
∎ Note: We will train you on how to do these tasks properly to make things easier and efficient.
