Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day sales & marketing activities of the organization and taking long-term strategy/ initiative.
∎ Develop sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
∎ Define customer segments, identify needs, prioritize markets and drive insights across the organizations into all areas of the market.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales activity reports and present to senior management.
∎ Identify, target and develop business relationships with the customers that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support & grow.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years experience in Marketing & Sales in similar field will be preferable. (for Executives position)
∎ Professional and fluent skill in spoken and written English.
∎ Must have good manner & patience to handle people and good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ Ability to keep confidentiality where required, must be trusted & reliable to accomplish any given task.
