VRF & Split AC Sales and Marketing
Installation and Maintenance
HVAC Project Supervision
BOQ Preparation & Client Communication
HVAC Drafting (AutoCAD)
Sound knowledge of VRF/RAC systems and spare parts
Industrial safety awareness
Strong communication and responsiveness
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and engage new clients for VRF, Split AC & Ventilation solutions
Identify sources and generate new business opportunities in AMC, service, and maintenance
Handle after-sales service and client support
Supervise installation and maintenance projects
Prepare project plans, BOQs, and material requisitions
Create HVAC system designs using AutoCAD
Ensure timely and efficient project execution
Attend emergency service calls and provide quick resolution
Maintain strong customer relations and satisfaction
Motivate and support team members
Meet monthly sales and collection target
