∎ Job Overview:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to promote our range of concrete blocks and pavement tiles. This role involves both B2B and B2C marketing, ensuring brand visibility, generating leads, and driving sales growth across multiple channels.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ · Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote concrete blocks and pavement tiles.
∎ · Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitor activities.
∎ · Collaborate with the management team to align marketing strategies with business goals and generate leads.
∎ · Create opportunity engagement for marketing materials and arrange clients based on the Products varieties.
∎ · Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and local marketing events to enhance brand awareness.
∎ · Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, construction firms, and other key stakeholders.
∎ · Monitor and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
∎ · Stay updated on the recent political incidents and daily governmental updates, trends and innovations in concrete products and pavement tiles.
∎ · Prepare reports on marketing performance and present them to management.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ 1. Qualified Experience in Concrete Blocks and Pavement Tiles will get preference
∎ 2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
∎ 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ 4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
∎ 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ 6. Knowledge of the concrete blocks and pavement tiles market is a plus.
