Job Context:
∎ Marketing Manager (Dhaka, Rangpur & Rajshahi Division)
∎ Department: Sales & Marketing
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Rangpur & Rajshahi

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales Target and Market Expansion.
∎ Must have work experience in Dhaka, Rangpur & Rajshahi Division.
∎ Visit poultry farms & Cattle farms and provide technical support at the field level.
∎ Monitor the performance of own product & competitor's product.
∎ Handle troubleshooting at the field level.
∎ Follow-up daily sales and report to Head Office for the present situation.
∎ Frequent market visits to survey and report to Head Office.
∎ Encourage people to establish new farms.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' experience as marketing manager/divisional manager.
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal.
∎ Good Interpersonal Skill
∎ Computer Literacy is a must.
